Trust that protects you too
The structure is deliberately one-way and logged: you only ever see a subset of what the family sees, every view is logged and visible to them, there's no private channel between a coach and a child, and a young athlete's journal stays theirs unless they choose to share an entry. That's not red tape; it's why parents let you in. If a player works with more than one coach, each of you is in your own lane; you never see the other coach's notes.
