One simple thing to do each day (train, mind, reflect) and a ring that fills when you do it. Days won stack into a streak. It's not about being perfect; it's about showing up more than you skip, and watching the count climb.

Your matches become your reel

Track a match point by point (about five seconds of tapping per point) and TierBreak turns it into something real: how you played the big points, how you recovered after errors, how you started sets. Doubt tells stories. Your reel shows footage. And it's measured against last season's version of you, so you can actually see yourself getting better, flat weeks and all.

Eleven quick reaction-and-focus games (split-step speed, tracking, impulse control, long-match focus) scored only against your own best, plus a real mental pathway and guided-audio sessions in two voices you can pick from: pre-match calm, muscle release, focus resets, imagery. A coach in your ears when you want one.

Your journal is yours. Actually yours.

Somewhere to be honest: about a loss, a bad week, a doubt you'd never say out loud. Your written words never go to AI on their own, never enter a résumé or export, and never reach a parent or coach unless you choose to share that entry; one coach can be shown what another isn't. The only AI that ever reads your journal is AI you ask for: cleaning up a photographed page, or a private Your patterns reading of your own reflections that comes back to you and no one else.
